About The Blog ;
i started this blog as a personal outlet for myself. i realized that i have a lot of opinions, & being the blunt person that i am, id rather not keep them to myself.
i'm simply here to vent & start discussions.
i encourage you all to comment with your own personal thoughts, since
"everyone's entitled
to their own opinions".
but don't take anything on here TOO personally,
or else you just might end up as my next entry. (:

About Me ♥ ;

As you can probably tell by the URL, yes, i am korean.
so dont flip out on me, about being racist.
WHICH i am, but still..
. . . anyway, as an inside joke between friends, & as a "little known fact",
i do believe that koreans have bad tempers.
& i am no exception.

i am Stephanie,
an angry young woman,
who takes pride in voicing her opinions.
i graduated with a PHD in sarcasm, and ive received the Stubborn award in 1990.
please, do not ask for autographs or pictures, without money offers.

Korean Speaking Koreans ;

i dont understand why some korean-americans have this.. impulse, to talk to each other in korean,
even while being surrounded by english-speaking friends.
i mean, theyre completely capable of speaking in english, but even with 5 other non-korean friends around, they will still talk to the ONE other person in korean.

You know whats even MORE irritating?
when korean-americans have english as their first language & they STiLL insist on speaking korean, while completely butchering the pronunciation with an english tongue.
for example, have you ever heard a FOB speaking english?
well, reverse that, to a korean-american trying to speaking korean.
its embarrassing for me to have to sit there and listen that bull shit.
why do you talk in korean to each other, and then switch to english while talking to other members of your friends?
CONVERSATIONS BEGIN WITH COMMUNICATION.
why purposely set up a barrier ?

SPEAK ENGLISH .

haha ! exactlyyyy Hilary.

well "Anonymous" (Sarah)
it just seems to be some koreans i guess..
i dont have many korean friends of my own, but every time i do come into contact with them, theyre always speaking korean to one another.
its completely ridiculous & makes others feel left out, especially if majority of the group is made up of more koreans rather than non koreans.

I know that feeling... In elementary school up to high school (before I moved here :D), I had a lot of Korean friends because they made up most of the population in general. And they'd always talk to teach other in Korean and I feel SO left out. And when I ask them what they're saying, they just say "oh it's nothing". How do I know if they're talking trash about me. -_- Though most of this happened in elementary school, once I moved on, not so much, started to pick better friends (even the Korean ones) who didn't do that to me and my other non Korean friends.
